Chili Carne
Chili Carne. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Chili con carne (also spelled chilli con carne or chile con carne and shortened to chili or chilli; Spanish pronunciation: [ˈtʃili kon ˈkaɾne]), meaning "chili with meat", is a spicy stew containing chili peppers (sometimes in the form of chili powder), meat (usually beef), tomatoes and often pinto beans or kidney beans.
Some people categorize them into four main categories including Texas. Stir in chopped tomatoes, garlic, and tomato paste. Season with paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, and parsley.
Add the onion and bell pepper and continue cooking over medium-high heat.
Heat a large Dutch oven on the stove over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes, beef stock, and beans. Add the beef broth the pot. Add ground beef: cook and stir until meat is browned.
