Bruschetta Saumon
Bruschetta Saumon. In a mixing bowl, combine diced roma tomatoes, red onion and garlic. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Remove from heat, add salmon and salt and cover. Pat dry the salmon with paper towels and set it on a foil lined baking sheet. Place the salmon in a pan coated with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil until it shimmers.
Add olive oil to the same skillet over medium heat.
